Job Description 职位介绍: Externally 外部: Customer complaint management 客户投诉管理: Quick response and effective communication with customer, coordinate with relative functions to investigate root cause and improve it, submit 8D report to customer. 对客户投诉的快速响应和有效沟通,协调内部相关部门调查根本原因并进行改善,提交8D。
Internally 内部: 1. Production process Quality 生产过程质量: Problem solving of internal incidents, e.g. top 3 IDC issues, P2P feedback. 内部异常的问题解决,如:IDC前3项不良,厂对厂异常反馈。 Ensure a quality firewall installed in production process. 确保生产过程质量防火墙的建立。
2. Quality improvement 持续质量改进: Q-tools Coordinator: rollout quality methods to improve ability of quality assurance, e.g. FMEA, SPC & MSA. 质量工具协调员,改进质量保证能力,如:FMEA,SPC和MSA。 KPI reporting: 8D status, product audit result, SPC performance, need corrective action if not reach the target. KPI汇报:8D状态,产品审核结果。
Qualifications 要求: 1. Bachelor degree or equivalent. Mechanical or engineering background preferred. 工科专业优先,本科学历。 2. At least 5 year working experience in automotive field. 5年質量工作经验 (优秀应届毕业生可考虑)。 3. 3 years working experience in automotive field. 具备3年汽车行业工作经验。 4. Problem solving, 8D. 问题解决方法,8D. 5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语听说读写流利。
