In charge of sourcing and purchasing for product categories of furniture, ceramic, lighting, home deco.

Main responsibilities:
Sourcing new suppliers in the responsible categories.
Sourcing products based on sales and/or customer needs.
Negotiate and manage vendor contract terms.
Develop products based on designs.
Manage all purchasing related anomalies, including delivery, cost, quality, service, after sales, customer claims…etc.
Maintain healthy relationship with vendors.
Follow internal procedures and code of conduct.

Qualifications:
Fluent English (written and oral) & Chinese (written and oral)
Wiling to travel (fairs, suppliers), more than 50% travelling time
Experience & knowledge in related categories is MUST: Furniture, ceramic, lighting, home deco
Good interpersonal skills
Wiling to sharing and communication
Technical and detail oriented: able to read TD, understand design and marketing trend.
Well organized and strong in follow-up of multiple tasks.

Base: Nanshan, Shenzhen
Work hour: 9am to 18pm office time / 5 days / week, flexible in travel
