What a typical day looks like:
-Finance and other functional departments, including human resources, supply chain, etc., or rotation of different business units within Flex
-One-on-one coaching mechanism and mentoring mechanism personally guided by the company's management
-Strengthen your professional skills, approach many different industries, through daily work and cross-region projects, you have opportunity to co-work with top talents
-Establish an extensive network of personal relationships within the company, you will continue to benefit from your future work

-Excellent communication and coordination skills, fast learning ability, ability to discover and effectively solve problems

-Strong mobility, accepting assignment to any business organization of Flex in China
-Those who have experience in working in foreign companies, internships, and projects, as well as leaders in organizing project beyond campus. Overseas education experience is preferred
-Fresh graduates and one year of work experience are both welcome
