Base at Bourns BTSC Shenzhen sales office in China; this position is accountable for promoting, performing and managing of sales tasks and general business related duties.
This role is mainly responsible for sales activities assigned by company for various business relationship management such as direct customers, potential business projects, business channel partners and/or cross-region sales related activities/task to generate and create sales revenue, develop business relationship and opportunities and turn into sales revenue or design-in opportunities funnel as well as maintaining sales milestones records through company sales related system
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):
1. Develop new customers/new application by him/herself.
2. Develop, maintain or improve multi-level and multi-function customer relations for direct customers and Corporate with exist or new channels to develop new business.
3. Develop new distributor channels to develop new business market.
4. Win new or incremental business.
5. Drive assigned direct account business and increase sales revenue continually.
6. Formally reports activity on a monthly basis.
7. Performs other duties as assigned
8. Strong capability on independent working 9. A strong experience in consumer market will be preferred INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Develop and maintain Customers /Develop and manage Distributors /Channel.
Outside Sales Force within Asia Region Strong organizational skills and result-oriented.
Product Marketing Teams / Market Directors/ GMs / Plants
COMMUNICATIONS:
ORAL: Good command of English, Japanese and Mandarin. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and associated clients.
WRITTEN: Excellent written skills to all level of personnel via letters, memos, presentations etc SCHEDULING AND PLANNING:
- Must be able to schedule and organize time to efficiently complete tasks
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and to organize and prioritize workload - Must be able to travel domestic regularly and oversea as needed BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electric Engineer or related majors
l EXPERIENCE: At least 5-year experience as sales account manager in Electronics Components Industry.
OTHER SKILLS:
l Good organizational and coordination skills and discretion of confidential information
l Positive attitude, highly responsible, self-motivated, reliable and flexible
l Problem Solving & managing the complexity skills
l Experience in consumer(especially smartphone/E-bike/cable etc.)market/product is preferred
l Experience in multinational company is preferred
l Experience in multi-level customer relationship management
l Good computer skill on Microsoft Office latest version operations, and excellent excel & PPT Skills is preferred.
