Main responsibilities: 1. Projects management (All molds and parts issues)； 2. Attend trials conducted at suppliers', solve issues onsite； 3. Mold data checking, DFM stage provide suggestion and comments; 4. Check injection parts according to cosmetic standard defined by VESTEL QC; 5. Mold inspection in suppliers; 6. Attend and support trials conducted in HQ; 7. Manage regular project meeting with Headquarter (Communication in English) 8. Search new mold shops for targeting cost/quality improvements; 9. Support headquarter for communication with suppliers; 10. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager; 11. Frequenct travel (domestic and international) needed.
Key qualifications: · College degree in mechanical or equivalent, BS degree preferred; · Good spoken and written English is MUST; · Good communication skills, positive attitude, patience; · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; · Results orientated, and multi tasking.
Requirements: · Minimum 3 years’ experience in LCD TV, white goods or automotive manufacturer or mold shop · Familiar with injection mold design and structure, can make constructive suggestions to mold structure and product design · Familiar with mold processing technology, understand all kinds of processing equipment and processing method of machining · Familiar with mold quality control process · Familiar with various engineering plastic material characteristics · Understanding of injection molding process and troubleshooting · Skillful use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and proficient in using Pro/E or UG. Moldflow analysis skills will be a plus.
