Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

1. Arrange internal factory audits regarding Quality Control

and Social Compliance.

安排有关质量控制和社会合规的内部工厂审核。

2. Support suppliers and offer training to pass brands AUDIT such as TCHIBO, METRO, AUCHAN, CARREFOUR etc. follow up corrective action plans.

为供应商提供支持和培训，使其通过品牌审核，如 TCHIBO、METRO、AUCHAN、CARREFOUR 等。

3. Maintain database on BSCI platform for suppliers and help to arrange audit when needed.

维护 BSCI 平台上的供应商数据库，并在需要时帮助安排审核。

4. Give training to suppliers about EU Timber regulations and help to fulfil the requirements by getting due diligence certification.

为供应商提供有关欧盟木材法规的培训，并帮助其通过尽职调查认证满足要求。

5. Keep updated on new laws and legislation by attending internal and external training and updating suppliers in a timely manner.

参加内部和外部培训，及时向供应商同步最新的法律法规。

6. Relevant compliance and sustainability certificates such as SA8000, BSCI, ISO9001, EUTR auditor and so on.

具备相关合规和可持续发展证书，如 SA8000、BSCI、ISO9001、EUTR 审核员等。

What We Are Looking For 任职要求:

-A respectful and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic.

-At least 5 years of experience in social compliance and quality system management.

具有第三方社会责任验厂经验。至少 5 年的社会责任和质量体系管理经验。

-A self-motivated, high-performance mindset with a commitment to excellence.

具有自我激励、高绩效的心态，致力于追求卓越。

-Strong communication skills and the patience to work effectively with various levels of staff and suppliers.

沟通能力强，有耐心与供应商有效合作。

-Willingness to travel as needed for audits.

-Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
