Responsibility: 1.Manage sales process and maximize long and short-term results. 2.Sell ZIM products and identify opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell and negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business. 3.Maintain relationships while managing and growing customs base; Identify customer needs and potential opportunities. 4.Design detailed account plans. 5.Achieve CRM target. 6.Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking.
Requirements: 1.Over 3-4 years of sales experience in ocean carriers or E-commerce. 2.Sound knowledge of shipping industry. 3.Proficient skills in written and oral English. 4.Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications. 5.Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude. 6.Strong customer orientation and market insight. 7.Willing and able to work under pressure. 8.Priority will be given to those who familiar with ecommerce and LCL.
