RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and coaching overall SW project manager and peers of other functions, in SW domain to ensure target meet in terms of time, quality and cost.
Developing project SW delivery plan, including resource, schedule, deliverable etc.
Participate or organize error management meetings, drive error information and error correction activities, to ensure errors are handled in time.
Track changes to requirements and communicate potential impacts to product releases.
Work with SQA team to ensure test plan meet SW delivery timeline.
Support SW release process from design center to production.
Collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders as needed in regards to SW deliverables
Collect, report, analyze and develop error metrics Qualifications
Mange project risk and escalate in need to get required/enough support to mitigate the risk.
Make regular project status & issue report to manage project stakeholders’ expectations.
Maintain software development process using tools like Jira.
Qualifications and Required Skills A degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience in software engineering
8+ years working experience with software development, software management, software testing or leading/project management experience
Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment and good communication skills.
Self-motivated, always have passion for work.
Excellent in both written and spoken English.
Project management professional certification (PMP) or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
