Internally 1) Act as liaison between customers, account managers, manufactories, finance, supply chain on order processing to resolve orders, production, delivery and payment issues 2) Coordinate sample requests as needed 3) Handling RMA and replacement orders 4) Update forecast into internal system 5) Liaise with local CSR among regions 6) Coordinate with logistic team for shipment arrangement 7) System maintenance for order management, shipment arrangement and credit release 8) OTC process gate keeper and process documentation to meet SOX audits requirements 9) Support other consolidated tasks or reports
Externally 1) Collect customer forecast and demand for production and shipment preparation 2) Collaborate with customers for the related documents/processes initiation 3) Provide the routine shipping plan to customers 4) Follow up with replacement or credit release for RMA 5) Monitor AR
Education & Experience 1)2 years of customer service or commercial experience. 2) Minimum college degree and university degree is a plus.
Required Skills 1)Knowledge of Inco-terms and import & export procedures 2)Advanced PC skills with MS Office and ERP system 3)Good command of English
Desired Skills 1)Commercial operation and supply chain knowledge are preference 2)Foreign company working experience is preference 3)Responsible for coordination and execution order/shipment management 4)Engage and collaborate with account manager, application engineer, supply chain and logistics to fulfill customer requirements
