岗位职责
As a member of the Sales Operations Team, a SO Specialist is responsible for managing the following through with our vendors to ensure PO is executed correctly. The role will work with cross-functional teams across both China and India to facilitate QC, logistics and warehouse are done on a timely manner. This is critical as it’s the heart of where supply meets demand.
作为销售运营团队的一员,此岗位主要负责以下工作内容来确保进货订单按时执行。销售运营专员将会与中国及印度办公室各团队合作来协调质检部,物流部,及仓库。此岗位为供应链管理中非常核心的岗位之一。
- Responsible for order arrangement, coordination, and implementation 订单的安排,协调,与实施
- coordinate across warehouse, quality and logistics functional teams to complete the delivery of orders 订单审核,仓库,及物流部门完成订单的交付
- Manage boutique timeline and mating it to available supply 产品供应时间确保按时出货
- Manage internal communication between China and India 中国及印度办公室各团队之间订单沟通
- Drive process improvement to better shorten on time delivery timeline 及缩短产品出货期
- A one-stop shop as the go to person on PO 进货订单的一站式负责人
任职资格
- 3+ years of sales operations experience 3年以上销售运营、跟单工作经验
- Proficient at Excel skills and comfortable in work with CRM and ERP systems 练应用Excel,并且能够使用CRM和ERP系统
- Possess problem solving skills, detail oriented, and analytical skills 解决问题和分析能力,注重细节
- Must be a self-starter and shows ownership and commitment on the job 作认真负责,具备独立工作能力
- Roll up the sleeves, action-oriented mindset to have an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing growth environment 适应快速发展的工作环境
- Basic communication skills in English both written and verbal 具备基本的英文口语和读写能力
