Responsibilities: 1、Handle the projects and work with vendors to ensure testing samples availability can meet our project schedule; 2、Follow up the Engineering Pilots (EP) and Final Engineering Pilots (FEP) and issue the in-house test reports; 3、Gather the safety, reliability, functional and product life information and issue QA/QC specification to vendors; 4、Arrange the outside laboratory testing submission for product compliance; Work with outside laboratories to ensure the testing reports can be ready before production start (PS); 5、Review and sign with PD or SS the approval samples for QC inspection; 6、Visit the production lines during PS and work with vendors to correct the production line problems; 7、Monitor the progress of all corrective action implementation on the projects in his/ her items; Perform the production line audits regularly to ensure the problem had been fixed; Work with vendors for continuous improvement on product quality;
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in toy field. University/college level is required, engineering is preferred Knowledge of international toy safety standard (US, and EU market). Strong technical knowledge Good Command of written English Willing to travel Good analytical and problem solving skills
