职位描述
工作内容和职责:

一、 对接学校各部门的采购需求,开发不同的采购渠道,以最优方式完成采购工作。包括但不限于教学书籍、海外教学资源、课外课程的采购,及其他日常采购事项。
二、 负责与供应商洽谈业务,包括询价、比价、合同签署等,熟悉合同的各项条款、价格、付款方式等细节。
三、 负责跟进合同的执行,货品交付验收清点,异常情况处理等。
四、 负责与供应商核对账务,付款跟进,票据和各项付款材料达到财务要求。
五、 负责考核评估供应商、与供应商建立良好的关系,在平等互利的原则下开展业务往来。
六、 协同负责校服商店的采购工作以及其他临时性工作。
七、 服从部门领导的工作安排,并及时完成各项工作。

岗位要求:

1、 本科以上学历,3年以上采购工作经验,有较强的供应商开发能力和谈判能力。
2、 熟悉境内外线上和线下采购的合同签订、报关事项、款项支付等流程和要求。
3、 具备良好的学习能力和独立解决问题的能力,抗压能力强。工作冷静细致,能及时处理各项繁杂事务。
4、 廉洁公正、具备良好的职业素养,工作原则性和责任心强、品格优秀,优秀的团队合作精神。
5、 熟练使用各种办公软件及ERP、SAP等操作系统。
6、 英语听说读写能力强,可作为工作语言。
7、 有酒店或学校采购工作经验者优先考虑。


Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with various departments within the school to understand their procurement needs and develop different procurement channels to accomplish the purchasing tasks in the most optimal way. This includes but is not limited to the procurement of teaching materials, overseas teaching resources, extracurricular courses, and other daily procurement matters.
2. Negotiate with suppliers, including price inquiries, price comparisons, contract signing, etc. Familiar with contract terms, prices, payment methods, and other details.
3. Follow up on contract execution, including goods delivery, acceptance, and handling of exceptional situations.
4. Verify supplier accounts, follow up on payments, and ensure that invoices and payment documents meet financial requirements.
5. Evaluate and assess suppliers, establish good relationships with them, and conduct business transactions on the principles of equality and mutual benefit.
6. Collaborate with the school uniform store on procurement work and finish other temporary tasks.
7. Complete other work arranged by Leaders in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of purchasing work experience, and strong supplier development and negotiation skills.
2. Familiarity with the process and requirements of domestic and international online and offline procurement, including contract signing, customs clearance, payment procedures, etc.
3. Good learning ability and independent problem-solving skills, strong ability to work under pressure. Remain calm and meticulous in work, and handle various complex tasks in a timely manner.
4. Honest and have good professional ethics. Strong work principles and sense of responsibility, excellent character, and outstanding team spirit.
5. Proficient in using various office software and operating systems such as ERP and SAP.
6. Strong English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, as it will be used as a working language.
7. Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in hotel or school procurement.
