Job Resiponsibilities:?1. Customer Management 1.1 Confirm meeting appointment and prepare products sample1.2 Provide excellent service to maintain customer satisfaction1.3 Support sales contract implementation, negotiate discounts, payment terms1.4 Use CRM system to manage customer information and tasks follow-up 2. Customer Relationship Activities2.1 Coordinate with our technical support team to provide product presentation/tastings/trainings2.2 Invite and coordinate customer to participate in Company activities offered by MKT team/CCE 3. Business Development 3.1 Develop new clients to enlarge our service territory and channels3.2 Involve in mapping upgrade and report customers’ news 4. Daily Operation 4.1 Attend weekly meetingsorganized by Sales Manager or any other meetings s/he might be summoned to byhis/her management line. Collects in advance the intel necessary to thewell-conducting of those meetings and formally present them when requested.4.2 Provide sales report and support forecasting process4.3 Coordinate with internal departments to smoothly follow-up order to cash processRequirements:1. College degree or above2.2-5 years related working experience. F&B background preferred.3.Good communication ability, positive and outgoing character. Have ownership. Willing to learn new things .4.Workable English in oral and written.
