Duties:
1. Ensure product is evaluated, tested according to mandatory requirements of USA/Europe/Australia etc. (such as ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71, REACH, AS/NZ: ISO8124 etc.)
2. Conduct full product evaluation at design & Pre-Production (PP Meeting) stage with supplier and take corrective action plan in place to find out the potential quality issue earlier.
3. Provide QA technical support to merchandisers, factories and retail customers to ensure product quality.
4. Set up all relevant inspection criteria (checklist, specification).
5. Train/guide the QC inspectors for DURPO (15%~20% finished goods) & final inspection.
6. Ensure customer complaint & supplier issues are supervised, conduct on-line follow up.
7. Coordinate with 3rd party lab for safety concern when do domestic test & protocol test on new product or repeat order.
8. Support QA manager for the quality system upgrade via quality audit & training.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by QA Manager & Management.

8. 协助QA经理通过工厂质量审核和培训进行质量体系升级。
9. 执行QA经理和管理层分配的其他职责。
Requirements:
- College graduate;
- Min. seven years experiences related QA & QE working experience in toys field,
(QA/QC experience in factory production process will be a plus.)
- Strong technical and testing knowledge on ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71 etc.;
- Good communication skills & good at problem solving with supplier;
- Proficiency in both reading/written English;
