职责描述：
1、负责塑胶模具试模
Responsible for plastic injection mold trial
2、对模具注塑过程以及注塑件的缺陷进行识别，分析, 记录
Responsible for recognizing, analyzing and recording the defects of the mould and part during the trials
3, 与质量、模具、项目部门联系沟通试模具问题点, 并跟进改善进度
Communicate with suppliers, project manager about the trial issues, and follow up improvements
4、根据走模计划和客户标准对模具进行验收
Responsible for mold acceptance testing based on shipment plan and customer mold standards
5、可独立完成ccar.试模参数表报告，试模视频等
Make ccar report independently
职位要求：
1、 良好的内外沟通能力。
Good communication skills.
2、 熟悉注塑工艺和塑胶原料、参数工艺流程
Good experience with injection molding process
3、 熟练模具组装，配模, 维修，保养
Good experience for mold assembly，fitting, maintenance
4、基本英语读写能力
Basic English skills in writting and reading.
