职责描述：
1、负责参与塑胶模具试模
Responsible to attend plastic injection mold trial
2、对模具注塑过程以及注塑件的缺陷进行识别，分析, 记录
Responsible for recognizing, analyzing and recording the defects of the mould and part during the trials
3, 与质量、模具、项目部门联系沟通试模具问题点, 并跟进改善进度
Communicate with suppliers, project manager about the trial issues, and follow up improvements
4、根据走模计划和客户标准对模具进行验收
Responsible for mold acceptance testing based on shipment plan and customer mold standards
职位要求：
1、 良好的内外沟通能力。
Good communication skills.
2、 熟悉塑胶模具各环节加工要求，结构功能
Good experience in plastic mold machining requirements of each process, mold structure function
3、 熟练模具组装，配模, 维修，保养
Good experience in mold assembly，fitting, maintenance
4、5年的工作经验
More than 5 years work experience for injection molding
5, 懂使用UG，CAD检查产品数据，模具结构
