岗位职责：
1、较熟练应用英语进行书面和口头交流；
2、与国内各工厂沟通，实时跟进样品进度；
3、协助并与澳洲同事紧密联系，反馈并获取产前样，大货样确认情况；
4、记录样品跟进进度到公司NETSUITE系统，并整理，分类形成书面报告。
5、了解美加市场测试要求，按要求跟进工厂测试报告，验厂报告进度并整理归纳。
6、完成上级安排的其它工作，支持与协助日常跟单和船务的一些辅助性工作。
8、有外贸经验者优先考虑。
要求：
1.有一定的抗压能力，能够独立跟不同工厂业务跟单沟通并有一定的沟通技巧。
2.日常工作邮件以及公司系统均为英文，需要与国外同事进行SKYPE,邮件等沟通，因此要求较熟练的书面英语。
3.此工作为在家办公， 需要有顺畅网络手法邮件，以及内部群组的日常工作沟通。
4.此岗位为全职，兼职需要长期稳定工作。
5.有耐心并务必要有责任心，愿意学习。


Reporting to
China office Manager /Product Managers

Role Purpose
Implement of the samples delivery on time.

Key areas of responsibility –
Monitor or observe operations to make sure development sample/PPS/MPS delivery on time.
Following up task allocate by product manager regarding the sample timeline requirements.
Push factory ,escalate with timely report/alert to product manager for any reason of delay samples.
Coordinate and monitor the samples transport in between factory, warehouse to AU office/customer address.
Update samples summary with delivery status in Netsuite and make sure timely email product manager.
Records/Report to AU office for the samples status in Netsuite system and generate report to send by each week to product manager.
Coordinate samples delivery to photo studio in between factory and designers.
Audit report following up with any new factory with TJX logistic team
Fullfill the compliance/certificate requirement for other customer requirement.
Record and file with the MPS high res images to drop box.
Record and file with the PPS low res images to drop box.
Some other stuff raised by China office Manager- example collect booth number for Canton fair with each makers.
