1.1 Confirm meeting appointment and prepare products sample
1.2 Provide excellent service to maintain customer satisfaction
1.3 Support sales contract implementation, negotiate discounts, payment terms
1.4 Use CRM system to manage customer information and tasks follow-up
2. Customer Relationship Activities
2.1 Coordinate with our technical support team to provide product presentation/tastings/trainings
2.2 Invite and coordinate customer to participate in Company activities offered by MKT/CCE team
3. Business Development
3.1 Develop new clients to enlarge our service territory and channels
3.2 Involve in mapping upgrade and report customers’ news
4. Daily Operation
4.1 Attend weekly meetings organized by Sales Manager or any other meetings/he might be summoned to by his/her management line. Collects in advance the intel necessary to the well-conducting of those meetings and formally present them when requested.
4.2 Provide sales report and support forecasting process
4.3 Coordinate with internal departments to smoothly follow-up order to cash process
4.4 Collect and record market and competitors information for analysis
5.Build Great Talent
5.1 Work in close collaboration with local Sales team, Chef Studio team, Supply Chain and Finance teams in execution of accounts plans to deliver profitable growth.
5.2 Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in organization and prepare various vertical market strategies to enhance growth.
5.3 Facilitate development of multi-functional and multi-level relationships between SINODIS and NKA.
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.Workable English in oral and written. Be familiar with Office Software.
3.At least 3 years related working experience. F&B background preferred.
4.Positive,rigorous, patient and creative. Outgoing, good at expression, with team spirit.
