You will be expected to: 1. Answer timely and professionally, mails sent by our clients; 2. Contact clients whenever they require and answer their requests about audits, inspections and Lab Testing; 3. Order processing and handling (quotation, entry into system, queries, and follow up); 4. Explain and help clients to book on QIMA's online platform; 5. Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients; 6. Follow any specific matter under the supervision of the Client Service Manager/ Senior Client Service Manager; 7. Respect and apply company rules and policies.
Job Requirements: 1. College degree or above; 大专及以上,专业不限; 2. At least 2 years customer service experience in our industry (3rd party Inspection Company/ Lab or related industry such as buying office, logistics etc) ; 至少 2 年本行业客户服务经验(第三方检验公司/实验室或相关行业,如采购办公室、物流等); 3. Good command of Oral English and writing English, CET 4 or above; 良好的英语口语和书写能力,英语4级或以上; 4. Good communication skills and language competence; 良好的沟通和语言表达能力; 5. Self-initiated, independent and a good team player. 主动、独立、有良好的团队合作精神。
