工作地点：浙江省宁波地区
汇报对象：采购经理和质量保证经理

职位职责：
1. 全面理解产品的质检和测试方案，并与工厂进行高效沟通；
2. 与采购部门紧密合作，在产品开发过程中，确保产品安全、优质且可靠；
3. 调查生产中的质量缺陷，分析不合格产品的原因，并根据客户的质量投诉
提出有效的改进方案；
4. 评估供应商的质检流程，并制定纠正措施以保证产品质量达标；
5. 编制和完成质检报告，确保100%准确无误的信息；
6. 激励团队成员，提供问题解决方案，促进团队协作和工作效率。


职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 至少5年电器和塑胶产品的相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉家电产品的安全标准；
4. 有小型厨房家电用具相关经验者优先；
5. 具备较强的组织能力和注重细节的工作态度；
6. 具备团队合作精神，能够与团队成员高效协作；
7. 工作谨慎、积极主动，能在高压环境下保持良好表现；
8. 拥有优秀的中英文表达和沟通能力，以及独立分析和解决问题的能力；
9. 熟练使用 MS Office 软件。

Job Title: QC Inspector (Kitchen Appliances)
Location: Zhejiang Province, Ningbo Area
Reports to: Merchandising Manager and Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Fully understand product inspection and testing protocols and communicate effectively with factories;
2. Collaborate closely with the purchasing department to ensure products are safe, high-quality, and reliable during the development process;
3. Investigate quality defects in production, analyze root causes of non-conforming products, and provide effective solutions based on customer complaints;
4. Evaluate suppliers' quality control processes and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards;
5. Prepare and complete inspection reports with 100% accurate information;
6. Motivate team members and provide solutions to resolve quality issues while promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or higher education qualification;
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical and plastic products;
3. Familiarity with safety standards for home appliances;
4. Experience in small kitchen appliances is preferred;
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
6. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively;
7. Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure;
8. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
9. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
