岗位职责
1、销售人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、按照公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度执行和跟踪监督贸易业务；
3、协助实施公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划；
4、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、本科以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；
2、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；
3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；
4、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强。
5、 英语6级及以上

Job Descriptions:
Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ requirements
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
Handle merchandising related documents
Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet
Manage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames
Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness
Work with cross functional team (Vendor compliance, Quality, Artwork team, etc) to make sure the factories and products comply to customer’s requirement.
Ensure that shipping and sampling shelves are stocked at all times
Distribute completed sample requests to the appropriate managers
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:
Diploma or Above in Merchandising or related field
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin
Literate in Microsoft office programs
Occasional travel is required
