1. To design-in our focus products/ and focus end applications to customers; 2. Work closely with our suppliers to increase design-win registrations in new and existing customers, spotting opportunities, delivering samples, and assisting engineers on design where necessary; 3. Work closely with the sales team to convert projects to win orders to achieving sales objectives; 4. Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with customer?ˉs R&D departments and component engineers introducing new products through road-shows or joint visits with key suppliers; 5. Finding new customers in specific end applications to help expand our customer base and potential sales; 6. Work closely with suppliers enlisting their support for more in depth technical support 7. To help in the organization of customer road-shows presenting with suppliers key products of interest and technology roadmaps; 8. To attend supplier regular training events and seminars, to meet supplier technical tests and qualifications; 9. Resolve customer technical problems, and following through in a timely manner to provide the highest level of service available; 10. Maintains market awareness on competitor products, industry trends and new concepts by reading industry periodicals, networking, attending periodic update training events and trade shows. Create new design opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineer or equivalent; 2. At least 5 years electrical/ component engineering experience within the distribution industry, with 2-3 years experience as an FAE, having passive experience is a plus; 3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines; 4. Mature disposition, positive attitude and self-motivated; 5. Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English.
