2. Fully understand customer's system. Complete the document such as Supplier set up, Item set up（quotation）, technical document, etc based on customer's requirement timely and correctly.
掌握客人系统。按业务要求及时、高质量的完成报价、产品技术文件等客人所需资料。
3. Fully understand company's internal system. Input order information into system per customer's PO and company's operation procedure accurately and place DN to 3PL timely. Give clear instruction and confirmation to 3PL on order and deliver details.
掌握公司内部系统。根据客户订单及公司作业流程准确录入系统并下达给3PL指示送货，就订单和产品相关问题、细节及时作出指示及确认
4.Maintain good relationship with customer, 3PL and internal functional departments and facilitate solving relative issues. Analyze customer's needs and provide reasonable suggestions to fulfill customer's need.
维护客户、3PL及内部职能部门的关系并协调处理相关事务。分析客人需求给予合理建议以满足客人需求。
5.Update WIP accurately and timely. Complete and submit invoices and other required document as per customer requested in time and follow up customer's payment until received in full.
准确及时更新WIP。正确及时的完成和递交发票文件等各式日常文件并跟进确保订单应收款项的收回。6. Other tasks assigned by leader.

任职要求：
①Education：College degree or above. Major in Supply Chain Management or International Trade or equivalent experience in related field;
大专或以上学历，供应链管理专业或国际贸易或有同等的工作经历② Work experiences: With one year experiences on big retailer would be preferable.
工作经验: 具有1年以上大型零售商跟单的经验。
③Knowledge: Good understanding of International Trade. Understanding of supply
chain management is prefered. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals.
对国际贸易有很好的了解。了解供应链管理者优先。能够同时执行多项任务，能够平衡短期和长期目标。
④Language： Fluent spoken & written English with no misunderstanding during communication语言: 精通英语听说读写，具有良好的中、英文沟通能力和沟通技巧。
⑤ Highly efficient, organized, have good sense of priority and capability of solving problems independently. Logical, detailed, highly responsible and principled. Have good language expression. Good integrity and team spirit.
