Position Responsibilities 工作职责：
· Lead cross-functional activities in each stage of verification build for overall operational readiness
· Implementation schedules and validation plans prior to any verification build
· Drive project technical and operational issues solving regarding to material, process, fixtures, equipment etc. during NPI phase
· Collaborate with Engineering/Quality/ Operation teams in improving manufacturing process
· Enable delivery of a mature product and manufacturing process into Mass production
· Define and lead to achieve yearly targets
· NPI report/process review with management team

Position Specification 岗位要求:
· Bachelor degree or above, science or management related majors (preferably engineering major)
· project management experience
· Good English
