Job Responsibilities: 1. Identify and promote internally and external market Opportunities that are available throughout the K&S/Customer engagement process. 2. Analyze market requirements, trends utilizing data and competitive environment changes, Support data collections for applications database and installed machine databases, and utilization factors. Make recommendations to marketing if new features need to be considered for new product developments. 3. Implement, manage and report on machine qualifications/evaluation plan, as agreed upon with marketing and engineering. Participate in Quality, Work in Process conference calls. 4. Product development, feature enhancement and customization support by customer voice, field data and benchmarking data collection etc. 5. Product presentation and business developments; Define and promote all Cross Sell / Total solution opportunities such as Dispensing or Automation etc.; Product Roadshow, Presentation, Technical seminar and Semicon show etc. 6. Product transition and improvement by working together and coordinating with customers, sales, services and engineering team etc.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Experience in a market driven engineering company working with sales, marketing and engineering program management. Must have worked directly with customers. 3. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project management, market survey and customer service skills. 4. Effectively interact with subordinates, customer and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. 5. Fluent in English.
