1. Lead PE department and cooperate with related departments towards achieving manufacturing goals in productivity, quality and cost saving;

4. Increase process capacity and productivity through process optimization;

5. Optimize production line layout to improve efficiency;

6. Introduce advanced automation within the plant to improve manufacturing productivity;

7. Upgrade PE team capability by implementing training programs and job rotation;

8. Motivate team and set up performance review procedure;

9. Create and maintain a safe working environment.

10. Completing the appropriate ESH&S management of change (MOC) reviews (ESH&SPR) for all process changes, new materials/chemicals, equipment relocations & purchases
11. Understanding and complying with all ESH&S programs/rules.
12. Conducting workspace design/set-up for safe ergonomics using lean manufacturing principles.
13. Evaluate product compliance with RoHS, REACH, Proposition 65 and other customer requirements.

1. Education Level: Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Engineering or automation education background is preferred;
本科及以上学历，机械制造及自动化专业优先；
2. Year of Experience：At least 10 years working experience in manufacturing field,
and minimum 3years in management role. Connector production experience is preferred
10年以上PE工作经验，3年相关管理；有连接器相关生产经验为佳。
3．Knowledge
3.1 Industrial engineering;
3.2 Knowledge of stamping, molding, machining and plating processes
3.3 Good knowledge of Pro-E/Solid work.
4. Automation and fixture/jigs design capability is a must
