Summary CAP team is responsible for reviewing Corrective Action Plan of audit report providing by factory / vendor to ensure factory to correct their non-compliance according to local law requirement and client’s requirement. CAP Specialist will notify client about CAP status and recommend suggestion to factory once factory developed an acceptable CAP. You will be a representative for desktop assessment team in China, improving factory engagement and cultural competency on CSR by processing CAP (Correction Action Plan) & SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire) reports in ELEVATE / client’s system. 您将作为远程评估团队在中国的代表,通过在ELEVATE /客户系统中处理CAP(纠正行动计划)和SAQ(自我评估问卷)报告,提高工厂对企业社会责任的参与度和文化能力。

Work directly with supplier to implement corrective actions, with a focus on de-escalating critical issues 直接与供应商合作实施纠正措施,重点是降低严重问题的严重性
Cooperate with suppliers and, provide detail suggestions on how to improve its social, environmental and security compliance performance 与供应商合作,并就如何改善其社会、环境和安全合规绩效提供详细建议
Support and educate supplier to develop a workable and acceptable corrective action plan 支持和教育供应商制定可行和可接受的纠正措施计划
Review CAP according to local laws and client’s specific requirement 根据当地法律和客户的具体要求审核CAP
Verify corrective action evidence via desktop review 通过远程审查验证纠正措施证据
Take overall ownership and accountability to ensure assigned reports / CAP cases are processed on a timely basis in an efficient way 全面负责,确保分配的报告/ CAP案例得到及时有效的处理
Track key performance metrics such as CAP completion, evidence, closure rates, issue Management, impact on future audit scores, etc. 跟踪关键绩效指标,如CAP完成情况、证据、结案率、问题管理、对未来审计分数的影响等。
Make recommendations for eLearning and other worker training opportunities 对在线学习和其他员工培训机会提出建议

Manage scalable SAQ programs for local supplier in timely manner 及时管理本地供应商可扩展的SAQ计划
Be familiar with SAQ data and document requirements and conduct training sessions to supplier groups 熟悉SAQ数据和文件要求,并对供应商进行培训
Initiate and communicate with supplier on SAQ including system setup and support 启动并与供应商沟通SAQ,包括系统设置和支持
Perform pre-verification review to ensure essential information is provided 执行预验证评审,确保提供必要的信息
Conduct verification call to walkthrough the data and documents with supplier to enhance the accuracy 与供应商进行电话验证,对数据和文件进行梳理,以提高准确性
Generate verified SAQ report to conclude supplier risk 生成经过验证的SAQ报告,总结供应商风险
Qualifications 任职条件 1. At least 5 years solid and track record of CSR auditing and Supplier-oriented Cooperate Social 至少5年的企业社会责任审计和供应商导向的社会合作记录 2. Responsibility Programs, experience on CAP Management is required 责任项目,有CAP管理经验 3. Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental laws including China and Asian countries as well as CSR standards such as BSCI, SMETA, SLCP, etc. 熟悉包括中国和亚洲国家在内的当地劳工,健康,安全和环境法律以及企业社会责任标准,如BSCI, SMETA, SLCP等。 4.
