Job Requirement:
Business
- Expand business with current customers Asia/Oceania
- Identify and develop business with new clients according to our priorities:
Mature markets: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.
Emerging markets: Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.
Remote markets: small and micro Islands in South Pacific and Indian Pacific.
- Offer existing range of products and services to customers / Coordinate with local Sourcing offices in Asia and Europe (Shenzhen, Jakarta, Paris) to develop new products to match customers need.
- Closely follow up orders and after sales with customers.
Reporting/Analysis
- Prepare sales analysis and define the sales strategy according to the objectives.
- Manage KPI (margin, turnover, etc.)
- Report to Director of DirectLowCost in Hong Kong
Management
- Manage a team of sales assistant (1 or 2)
- Work closely with sourcing, quality, logistic and accounting team based in Shenzhen.
- Travel is needed
- Visit with key suppliers in China to understand/learn about the products
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor degree
- 3 + years working experiences with familiar position
- autonomous, well organized and strong communication skills
- target / solution oriented
- Be able to speak English. Good at French will be a plus.
Job Package:
- Fixed salary + bonus （固定工资+奖金提成）
