About the Job
The Group is actively acquiring suitable targets as part of the Group’s growth strategy. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to oversee the management, regulatory and compliance reporting of the Group’s financial operations of some countries in the Asia region.
In addition to reporting the financial performance of the existing units, the candidate’s responsibilities include financial strategic planning, treasury, budgets, taxation and financial forecasts and reporting. The candidate is also expected to add value in area of management and internal control.
The candidate will be stationed in HK and report to the Group Finance Director. Frequent travel to major cities where the Group has presence is required.

Position：Senior Finance Manager

Competencies：
1、Qualified Accountant
2、At least 10 years’ experience in audit, tax, finance and management accounting in the region.
3、Possess business acumen.
4、With experience on corporate legal matters, provide support in M&A activities and coordination with internal & external regulators are preferred.
5、Hands-on mindset to engage business units to improve cost and operational efficiency.
6、Independent, result oriented, energetic with strong leadership and communication skills as well as problem solving skill.
7、Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment.
