1.Implement learning programs across the Greater China region 2.Communicate and meet with business stakeholders, learning champions, facilitators, participants and external vendors in implementing the learning programs 3. Execute guidance for proper deployment of high quality online and physical learning programs 4. Manage robust arrangement for milestones events, as and when required 5. Prepare and monitor the budgets of the learning programs 6.Design, develop and maintain the learning portals 7.Oversee, compile, and track the progress of the online learning programs 8. Analyze learning data and provide reports to the management 9. Maintain the best practice learning documentation
To qualify for the role, you must have – for Senior Associate
1.At least 2 years of relevant working experience in learning department 2.Pragmatic analytical mind to provide solutions to business needs 3.Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills 4.Positive, mature, teaming, well organized and detail-oriented mindset 5.Good analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 6.Experience in PowerBi, UiPath or RPA tool (an advantage) 7.Proficiency in oral and written presentation skills, in English and Mandarin 8.Good sense of humor is a plus
