Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Implement project execution plan.

Create project and design brief.

Coordinate the project related government approval process.

With guidance from SPM or HoCS, propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package.

Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
Bachelor’s degree. Major in engineering or project management.
本科以上学历，工程或项目管理专业；
5+ years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects.
5年以上制造工厂或地产项目的项目管理经验；
Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation.

Be able to multitask and manage priorities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
