4、业务发展：参与公司的业务拓展活动，包括市场扩张、客户开发、合作伙伴关系建立、并购等，推动公司长期发展。
5、组织和流程优化：参与公司组织架构和标准工作流程的建立，推动组织和流程的优化。
Job Description:

岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，工科背景，年龄50岁以下。
2、 3000人以上知名的集团化公司运营管理经验，有成功案例。
3、 人品好，职业素养高，有准确的判断力和出色的决策能力。
4、 国际化人才优先，英文流利。
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering background, aged under 50.
Experience in operational management of a reputable group company with over 3,000 employees, and a successful case.
Good character, high professional quality, with accurate judgment and excellent decision-making ability.
Priority for international talents with fluent English.
