Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
? Assist in preparation of pre-contract cost estimates.
协助编制合同前的造价估算；
? Assist in tender preparation and tender documentation.
协助招标准备工作及招标文件编制；
? Assist in tendering process and tender evaluation.
协助招标工作的进行及评标工作；
? Assist in post contract administration – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report.
协助造价合同管理：合同文件、进度款估价、变更估算及造价控制报告；
? Assistant in finalization of project final accounts.
协助完成项目最终结算。
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
? Basic Technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
具备计量、成本估算、施工技术、合同与法律方面的基本技术知识；
? Familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
熟悉专业惯例与合同管理程序；
? Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering Management, Building, Quantity Surveying from recognized polytechnic
认可院校的土建/建筑工程工料、建造、工料测量专业的毕业证书；
