Overseas Service Director, Battery Energy Storage System, Europe and North America 1.Customer Service ?Plan and direct the information strategy and system of the organization, ensures a proficient and capable workforce to conduct required service tasks in time and quality. ?May have P&L responsibility for his/her organizational reach. 2.On site service ?Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for all site operations assigned. ? Oversees completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget). ? Assumes economic responsibility, e.g. calculates material, personnel, and running contract costs for suppliers. ?Coordinates contractors before and during execution of work. ?Monitors compliance of standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS -guidelines. ?Leads qualified employees in a number of functional teams, at the site assigned. 3.Technical Support ?Directs the negotiations of installations, integration and maintenance and service agreements, as part of the sales process, and is responsible for execution. ?Plans budgets and allocates respective resources. ?Ensures technically proper and customer-oriented fulfillment of agreements and orders. ?Directs operational activities, exercising tight cost control and maximizing labor utilization. ?Monitors key account operations to ensure customer satisfaction. ?Manages job cost re-estimates. 4.People Management within functional area select, deploy and develop employees under relevant statutory legislation and company policies; aligns all members toward team excellence in order to ensure long-term company success with motivated high calibrate employees Prerequisites and Qualifications ?10+ years in a corresponding function with manufacturing ?5+ years experience of leading managers ?International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a must. ?Having worked in a different country is a plus. ?Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of power plant equipment and applies through successful completion of assignments. ?Self-motivated with strong customer focus ?Strong analytical and problem solving skills ?Strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens Energy values ?Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in English and in Chinese and to interface within a wide range of organizations both internally and externally. ?Good communication skill, open personality and team work spirit ?Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Automation with emphasis on power electronics or rotation equipment is preferred degree and above. ?Major in automation or electrical-mechanic, etc. Good command of English speaking
