This role will provide support to Category Managers in the daily planning, monitoring and execution of project operations for HH Global’s Central Sourcing Office (CSO). Duties & Responsibilities Support Category Managers in order process and follow-up with suppliers Co-ordinate samples arrangement (receive and unpack samples, review sample against product specifications, create sample evaluation report to document findings, pack and send to client) Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery Record order details in company’s system for documentation, coordination, review and analysis Manage FRI and inline inspection booking with our internal QC team and 3rd party partners Liaise with logistics department to monitor vessel bookings and closing date Provide administrative support to the team Requirements Diploma or above Relevant experience in Gifts & Premiums / Promotional Items is an advantage 3 years of experience in sourcing / buying office or trading company Literate in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent English and Mandarin Ability to handle pressure and willing for routine work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work, good time management Ability to work collaboratively in pursuit of team goals Exceptional personal integrity
