Responsible for the development of the two-phase thermal products (VC and Heat pipe); 负责公司两相流产品(VC and Heat pipe)开发; 2. In-depth understanding of the working principle and manufacturing process of two-phase products, in-depth understanding of the mechanism of enhanced boiling, and lead the team to develop internal enhanced heat transfer structures. Responsible for the development of more than 300W/cm2 cooling solution is preferred; 深入了解两相产品工作原理并生产工艺,深入了解强化沸腾的机理,带领团队负责开发内部通用强化传热结构。有负责开发300W/cm2以上风冷散热器者优先; 3. Responsible for the development of high-efficiency single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling components; a good understanding of single-phase enhanced heat transfer is required, and high-efficiency heat transfer can be achieved through special structures or processes; experience in the development of low-flow and high-efficiency heat transfer structures priority; 负责开发高效单相、两相液冷散热部件;要求对单相强化换热有特别的理解,能通过特殊的结构或者工艺实现高效传热;有低流速高效传热结构开发经验者优先; 4. According to the company's product development plan, use internal or external resources to complete relevant plans; 根据公司产品开发计划,利用内部或者外部资源完成相关计划; 【 JOB QUALIFICATIONS】 1. Education and/or Experience: Master's or above Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Thermal Engineering/ Energy & Power Engineering from an accredited & TOP Rank university or college with more than 5 years of advanced thermal research experience. 热能或热能动力工程相关专业,研究生以上学历,毕业于排名领先大学(国内985/211学校),要求至少有3年以上散热产品前沿技术开发经验 2. Demonstrated experience with Heat Transfer Design systems. Thermal Modeling experience.Subject Understanding: Fluid Mechanics; Heat Transfer Science; Engineering Thermodynamics; Numerical Heat Transfer; Computational fluid dynamics; CFD Software Application; Advanced Heat Transfer; Mathematical and Physical Equation. Basic Understanding of Manufacturing Process and Materials. 具有传热设计系统方面的经验。 热建模经验。 学科理解:流体力学; 传热科学; 工程热力学; 数值传热; 计算流体动力学; CFD 软件应用程序; 先进的传热; 数学和物理方程。 对制造工艺和材料的基本了解。 3. Proficient in two-phase product design and development and process, like VC and heat pipe; Proficient in strong turbulence high-performance cold plate design, have a unique understanding of how to optimize the design of related heat dissipation products熟练掌握VC, 热管等两相产品设计开发及工艺,或者熟练掌握强扰流高性能冷板设计,对如何优化设计相关散热产品有独到的理解。 4. Be good at CFD software and 3D software for design. 能够使用CFD软件和3D软件进行设计。
