岗位职责: 1. 重点开发并维护中南地区的电驱客户; Develop and maintain the customers of E-Drive in central South Area. 2. 对所在区域的PD行业客户进行维护拜访并提高销售额; Develop and maintain the customers of PD industry in Central South Area and improve the sales figures of PD industry. 3. 梳理并制定中南地区电驱行业的大客户开发计划。 Sort out and formulate the key customer development plan for the Central-South E-Drive industry. 4. 及时跟进区域内的电驱项目。 Timely follow up the regional E-Drive project. 5. 高效完成EU端的上图工作。 Efficiently complete the work of EU terminal. 6. 参与项目管理,确保项目按时交付。 Participate in project management to ensure timely delivery of projects. 7. 协助制定和执行市场推广计划,提高产品销售额。 Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to increase product sales. 8. 每次拜访客户时都做好充分准备;市场观察(竞争对手活动等); Always well prepared in each customer visit; Observation of the market (Competitors activity, etc) 9. 参与交易会/学院日/路演等职责; Participate in Trade fair/Academy days/Road shows/etc duties 10. 及时提交准确的周活动报告; Prompt submission of accurate weekly activity report 11. 提高客户服务质量,坚持24小时响应政策;部门经理安排的其他任务; High customer service quality and adhere to 24 hours response policy 12. 部门经理安排的其他任务 Other tasks assigned by the line manager 任职要求 1. 大专及以上学历,电气\自动化\机械专业背景 Electric & automation background; knowledge of sensors will be better. 2. 从事汽车零部件行业销售2-3年 At least 2-3years as a salesman in Automotive Tier-1. 3. 熟悉电驱行业的主要工艺及客户 Family with customers and process of E-Drive industry. 4. 希望在电驱行业,在巴鲁夫耕耘并取得成功 Desire getting the successful in Balluff. Have the passion in E-Drive. 5. 能够适应频繁的国内出差 Adapt to frequent domestic business trip.
