Responsibilities -Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of all IT equipment, including PCs, printers, laptops, video conferencing systems and other devices; -Network and Security Oversight: Monitor and manage network equipment, servers, and security systems to ensure optimal performance and security; -User Support: Assist employees with the installation of office software and provide guidance on the use of related equipment as needed; -Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner, following established protocols; -Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to implement projects and improve overall IT services; -Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to provide technical assistance during project implementations, including system upgrades, new software rollouts, and infrastructure improvements. Assist in testing and validating new solutions to ensure they meet organizational needs; -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and resolutions in the IT management system; -Inventory and monitoring Management: Manage and update IT tools, ensuring timely recording of equipment distribution and status; -Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements -Experience: minimum 2 years in a relevant role. -Language Skills: Strong command of English (both written and spoken). -Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows environments, Office 365, and related tools. -Workstation Management: Ability to install and manage client workstations effectively. -Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network and Wi-Fi systems, including installation and troubleshooting. -SQL Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL or other language and basic understanding of databases management and operations.
