College degree or above, graduates in logistics, foreign trade or foreign language related majors are preferred; 2. Extroverted,responsive, and strong learning ability; 3. Have strong communication skills 4. Required English level is good ability to communicate with overseas agents by email;Good oral English ability is preferred; 5. Have certain market analysis and judgment ability, and good customer service awareness; 6. Ability to independently develop and maintain customers and complete the sales task assigned by the company; 7. Have rapid organizational and coordination capabilities and make full use of all resources. Can make timely adjustments based on market fluctuations and customer psychological fluctuations; 8. Responsible,able to withstand greater work pressure, good at learning and innovation, good execution, good team spirit and sense of collaboration; 9. More than 2 years’ sales team management experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred. 10.
