? Perform all requirements listed on the Quality Tech responsibilities matrix. 执行质量技术责任矩阵中列出的所有要求.
? Document and file laboratory test request when complete. 完成后，记录并归档实验室测试请求.
? Support production when non-conformities are found online. 当在线发现不合格异常时，支持现场.
? Test and Log all requests that are submitted to the Laboratory on the “Test Request Board”. 测试并记录提交至“测试请求单”上实验室的所有请求.
? Review pre-ship color concentrate plaques for approval/rejection. File plaques and send results to supplier. 确保实验室试验任务按照客户需求规范执行并记录.
? Read, perform, and evaluate product specification testing when required. 必要时阅读、执行和评估产品规格测试 .
? Use test equipment to evaluate material or products and record data. 使用测试设备评估材料或产品并记录数据.
? Email results of daily checks to supervisors and engineers. 将每日检查结果通过电子邮件发送给主管和工程师 .
? Review material certification, and file on the drive. 审查材料认证，并在服务器上归档 .
? Keep Laboratory organized and complaint with 5S criteria. 保持实验室的组织和投诉符合5S标准.
? Track and manage calibration of laboratory equipment. 跟踪和管理实验室设备的校准.
? Ensure customer/internal complaints are adequately answered, on time, and using FES problem solving methodology with active participation from production personnel. (QRCI, Quality Walls, etc.) 确保客户/内部投诉得到及时的充分答复，并使用FES问题解决方法，生产人员积极参与。（QRCI、质量墙等）
