工作职责: 1、Oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important brand customers from USA & EU; 2、Obtain and maintain relationship with long term key customers; 3、To identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction; 4、Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner; 5、Follow through the new programs from Development to MP stage; 6、Provide the program schedule, status, quotation & feedback to key customers; 7、Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. 任职要求: 1、Full-time college degree or above; 2、Min 5 years’ experience in account servicing; 3、With project management experience is preferable; 4、Fluent English & Putonghua; 5、Solid quality management experience in Consumer Electronic Accessories industry; 6、Strong communication, leadership, analytical, professional ethics and problem-solving skills; 7、Willing to travel to other countries on business.
