岗位职责: 1.渠道拓展政策的设计、执行与优化;渠道商的引入、评估和赋能; 2.渠道商的辅导、支持和协调;渠道商产品市占有率的提升; 3.协助渠道商进行客户公关;重点客户产品线、营销线分析与规划。 4.分析市场计划,负责渠道的开发、接洽、和客渠道关系的维护; 5.定期收集一线的市场,销售,产品等信息,对公司的营销策略和客户服务提出参考意见; Responsibilities: 1. Design, carry out and optime channel expansion policies, introduce, evaluate and empower channel and agents; 2. Coach, support and coordinate channel, increase the shelf rate of channel; 3. Assist channel in customer public relations, analyze and plan key customer product lines and marketing lines. 4. Analyze market plans and be responsible for channel development, contact, and maintenance of customer channel relationships; 5. Regularly collect front-line market, sales, product and other information, and provide reference opinions on the company's marketing strategy and customer service;
任职要求: 1.统招本科及以上; 2.消费类电子3-5年海外销售工作自主品牌经验; 3.英语精通,可做为工作语言;具备一定的客户和渠道操盘能力; 4.热爱销售,勇于挑战;自驱,勤奋;能承担压力,快速学习; 5.有较强的商务谈判能力,分析总结能力及客户共情能力。 Qualifications: 1. Undergraduate degree or above; 2. 3-5 years of independent brand overseas sales experience in consumer electronics; 3. Proficient in English as working language; have customer and channel management capabilities; 4. Love sales and have the courage to challenge, self-driven and diligent, able to bear pressure and learn quickly; 5. Have strong business negotiation skills, analysis and summary skills and customer empathy skills.
