Key Responsibilities 主要职责: ? Identify areas for apply innovation generated in China to solve unmet medical training needs 识别中国应用创新领域,解决未满足的医学培训需求 ? Be able to independently build BD plan, put forward clear sales plan and push, quantify and implement 能够独立制定业务发展战略,制定和实施明确的销售计划并量化销售目标 ? Organize sales and marketing activities for the existing industry clients and new prospects in China 组织中国现有行业客户和新潜在客户的销售和营销活动 ? Responsible for developing new accounts, managing key account sales and maintaining a good level of sales activities to achieve the sales target 负责开发新客户,维护重点客户并保持良好的销售活动水平,实现销售目标 ? Establish strong partnership with clients and prospects through regular sales visits. 通过定期的销售拜访与客户和潜在客户建立牢固的合作伙伴关系 ? Build long term strategic alliance with industry partners and promote Simulator offerings to add value to clients’ training programs with digital transformation. 与行业合作伙伴建立长期战略联盟,并推广模拟器产品,通过数字化转型为客户的培训项目增加价值。 Key Requirements: 职位要求: ? Chinese (Mandarin) and English fluency in speaking, reading and writing (Mandatory). (必须项)精通中文(普通话);英语口语、读写流利 ? Full time Bachelor degree or above 全日制本科及以上学历 ? 2~3 years' experience in medical device industry, preferably combination of business development and marketing. 2-3年的医疗器械行业经验,结合业务发展、市场营销背景为好 ? Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive, good at impacting and convincing others. 优秀的谈判和演说技能、出色的沟通和协调能力、积极主动、善于影响和说服他人 ? Ability to generate creative ideas to solve problems and improve work methods. 具备解决问题和改进工作方法的创意和思维 ? Ability to build strong working relationships internally and/or externally 能够在公司内部和外部建立牢固的工作关系 ?
