About ECT:Electric Connector Technology (ECT) is a connectivity solutions provider and is one of the largest RF cable/connector manufacturers in China. We are expanding globally and currently have openings in the US market. ECT manufactures RF connectors, cable assemblies, antennas, shield can, and automotive connectors (Fakra). ECT is looking for an experienced Global Business Development Sales Managerr that will work closely with ECT’s Field Sales team, and have account/territory responsibility. The candidate will have project management experience with some mechanical aptitude with a RF background. Being persuasive to create customer preference for ECT products as well as developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this position.

Required Qualifications
San Francisco/Silicon Valley, USA: Developing the business of Qualcomm, Nvidia, Amazon, Apple, Tesla etc., establishing deep business contacts.
1.1 Develop the business relationship and create sales revenue from global customers.
1.2 Manage delivery schedules, timelines, and external dependencies across multiple team projects ensuring timelines are met and communication flows to all.
1.3 Work with key partners on gathering requirements, identifying risks, leading schedules, and communicating the status across. Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities. Get results proactively.
1.4 Contributing toward achieving sales metrics for all ECT’s products, cable, connector, antenna, the shield can.
1.5 Continuously learning new products, applications, and technologies in areas of communication standards such as LTE, P5G, 5G, WLAN, and Bluetooth standards.
1.6 Leading ECT’s customer engagements from a technical perspective.
1.7 Owning the technical solution development, demonstration, proposal, and in some cases delivery.
1.8 Teaming with sales team members, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunities.
1.9 Creating demand for all ECT’s products and services.
2.0 Becoming a resident expert for key customers and developing strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.
2.1 Developing and building long-term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Additional characteristics of candidates we are seeking for this position include an Independent professional that works best under broad and general directions. Job Qualifications
1.1 Bachelor's or master’s degree (BSEE / MSEE) or equivalent with a major in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.
1.2 Understanding of RF and wireless applications. Knowledge of LTE, P5G, 5G, WLAN, and Bluetooth technologies.
1.2 Familiar with wireless communications devices' transmitter and receiver characteristics.
1.4 This position requires at least 3 years of technical experience with an emphasis on winning competitive sales through exceptional wireless applications including antenna, connectors, salesmanship, and time management.
1.5 Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the job and the ability to work independently.
1.6 Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
1.7 Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
1.8 Work independently, ability to operate in a home office setting if necessary.
1.9 Strong business sense, industry expertise, and negotiating skills.
2.0 Be a leader, coordinator, or follower to enable or facilitate any sales activities aligned with company business goals and with cross-function teams.
2.1 Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, within a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative engineering environment.
2.2 Ability to travel both in-country and internationally.
2.3 Good at English and Chinese speaking.
