主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
Guarantee the timely implementation of the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) standards, for all programs within JV, with a proactive approach to meet the KPI objectives. 负责合资公司项目，确保贯彻佛吉亚项目管理系统（PMS）标准，并采取积极的方法实现关键绩效指标目标。
Contribute directly to the improvement of the PMS system and the organization of the PMS milestones.直接推动PMS系统的改进和PMS进度。

Ensure PMS implementation.确保PMS的实施
Ensure that PMS milestones together with the functions, when applicable, are prepared and correctly performed. 确保与职能部门（如适用）一起制定并正确执行PMS节点
Support Sr. Program Manager for the Program Review Committee preparation. 支持高级项目经理进行项目评审委员会的准备工作
Attend to the Gate Review meetings (also QVRs, TVRs, MD Reviews). 参加Gate评审会议（也包括QVRS、TVRS、MD评审）
Responsible for the internal or external program audits (e.g. Faurecia Excellence System (FES) audits)。完成集团内部或外部项目审核（例如，FES审核）
Ensure that next phase activities plan is properly performed before each new phase (i.e. planning workshop). 确保在每个新阶段（即计划讨论会）之前正确执行下一阶段工作计划
Make sure that the Production Trials are planned with anticipation with launch book or launch readiness. 确保生产试制的计划与预期的投产计划达成一致
Ensure the appropriate usage of the Program management IT system (Helios, E-step…), support end-users and participate to the improvement of the tools. 确保项目管理IT系统（helios、e-step…）的适当使用，支持最终用户并参与工具的改进
Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs’ performance. Share best practices to all programs in his/her scope. 确保项目经验在知识管理中得到充分利用，以提高未来项目的绩效。分享当前工作职责的***实践
Organize and Conduct PMS and PMS IT systems trainings and participate to the improvement of the modules. 组织和实施PMS和PMS IT系统培训，并参与模块的优化
Participate to the Operational systems school (FES school) and perform PMS training for specific cases if necessary. 参加OSS学校（FES学校），必要时对特定案例进行PMS培训
Ensure reporting确保报告的及时有效
Ensure that the reporting of JV programs is done accurately in a timely manner. 确保报告的及时准确
Update the list of Programs and the monthly KPI’s, and escalate in case of deviation versus targets. 更新项目清单和月度关键绩效指标，并在与目标发生偏差时升级
Ensure that the alerts (reported in the Alert Management System) are solved in a timely manner PR. 确保警报（在警报管理系统中报告）及时得到解决
Provide analysis (ie Red status programs, Gate Review failures). 提供分析（即红色状态程序、gate评审失败）
Propose improvements提出改进建议
Propose revisions for PMS improvements, training materials, PMS IT system. 对PMS改进、培训材料、PMS IT系统提出修改建议
Collect program Lessons Learned and propose best practices. 收集项目经验教训，并形成***实践
Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务
