ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责: ? Hands-on position accountable for the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s quality system, standards and policies at our suppliers ? Implement QA operating procedures including: training, corrective action reports (CAR, 8D), engineering changes (ECx), document/part control, ICQ, OCQ, in-process quality controls, QA audits, OBA, PPM, and quality metrics tracking and daily/weekly analysis of first pass yield reporting. ? Oversee that product reliability testing standards and product acceptance criteria are followed. ? Assist in the investigation of product modifications to ensure quality standards are met. ? Enforce compliance for raw material (component), SFG/FG quality levels, SOPs, national and international safety standards; assist in quality audits at suppliers. ? Use quality tools (8D, 5xWhy, DOE, MSA, FMEA) to analyze quality issues, Organize daily NSR meetings to initiate problem solving efforts to determine root case and drive implementation of improvements by means of 8D/CA reports. ? First article inspections (FAI) and reports for existing and new product introductions (NPI) including CpK and SPC process methods. ? Analyze the production process and WIP/raw material quality control; making adjustments to the production process as needed to assure the attainment of business objectives while insuring products standards will exceed the company’s quality standards. ? Set’s up and maintains the suppliers qualification process to establish the AVL. ? Periodically report suppliers reviews on quality metrics to the management. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE所需技能和经验: ? Proven track record of managing electronics quality processes at electronic suppliers/Sub-contractors. ? Knowledge and experience in quality control programs, engineering and technology principles and practices. (Preference given to candidates with experience in electronics components, including injection molded parts, wiring, machines/tooling and assembly.) ? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, identifying and addressing problems, and meeting deadlines. ? High level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
