We are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst to join us, working on finance automation and reporting projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing financial processes and reporting capabilities by collaborating closely with the accounting department, the IT teams, and external vendors. As a Business Analyst, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure successful project execution. ? Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for finance automation and reporting projects. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, BI, ERP, application product owners, and external vendors, to design and implement finance automation solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and automation within finance processes. Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful project implementation. Provide support and training to end users on new finance automation tools and processes. Deliver ad-hoc operational analytics to support management decisions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus, with 8+ years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in PowerBI for creating insightful visualizations, reports, and collaborating with technical teams. Knowledge of data related languages and database concepts. Familiarity with Python programming and related libraries like NumPy and Pandas is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance automation, reporting, and data analysis. Strong understanding of finance processes, concepts, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.
