Focus on developing direct selling customers. 主要负责扩大直销客户范围。 2. Develop new business with existing and new customer; Develop and manage the distribution net of dealers. 对现有和新客户的开发,开发和维护管理经销商网络。 3. To win orders and achieve sales target in designated region. 在区域内获取订单获及达成销售目标。 4. Technology to communicate with foreign technical team 和国外研发技术团队的合作沟通。 5. Supporting the China Sales Manager to achieve revenue objectives. 支持销售团队达成销售目标。 6. Build up strong rapport with designed customers. 与客户建立良好的关系 7. Meet annual internal orders and sales goals. 完成年度内部订单和销售目标 8. Maintain good communication with the technical team, timely feedback customer and market demand information, and assist in the development of new products. 与技术团队保持良好的沟通,及时反馈客户和市场需求信息,并协助开发新产品。 9. Keep good daily customer visit records. 保持良好的日常客户访问记录。 10. Understand the trends and demand information of competitors and the development trends of various industries. 了解竞争对手的趋势和需求信息以及各个行业的发展趋势。 11. Collect sales payments on time.及时回款。 12. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance. 遵守ESH政策,履行ESH职责,开展ESH各项活动,确保工作符合ESH要求,达成ESH绩效。 13. Years of Experience in the positions: 本岗位工作经验: 1. Above 5 years’ sales experience in damping and shock absorption industry is preferred, the upstream and downstream industries are included as well. 要求在减震隔振行业(上下游均可)5年以上经验。 2. Experience of working with distribution channel /channel partner is required.有与经销商合作的经验。 3. Experience with handling OEM customer is required, and understand the process & requirement of OEM customer and end user. 对主机采购供应商及终端客户的要求和流程熟悉 4. Good discipline and lay stress on punctuality is a must严于律己 5. Mechanical Degree;机械背景 6. Ability to travel within China; 愿意在中国范围内出差
