职位描述：
1. Project Management: Create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage resources effectively to ensure timely and on-budget execution of transformation initiatives. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
2. Business Development & Execution: Collaborate with shareholders and senior management to develop and refine transformation strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Translate high-level strategic goals and initiatives into specific actions, projects, and tasks that can be carried out throughout the organizations
3. Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives. Engage with employees at all levels to build support and mitigate resistance to change.

? Track record of project management and change management experiences.
