As a system engineer in development center, you will have a solid expertise to drive Manage Product experience->Feature->requirement->Acceptance->Delivery from SW perspective, start in product concepting phase and continue in product development phase until product Launch, make sure a clear experience story line from beginning to the end through NEIW process. More specifically, you will have key Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with product management to refine and clarify feature requirements, ensuring a shared understanding across all stakeholders. ? Drive architecture definition based on defined product experiences and features, ensuring alignment with the requirements of product management and BU. ? Lead system architecture efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all subsystems. ? Evaluate and assess integration solutions to ensure the final system meets the required quality and performance standards. ? Drive and evaluate the capability of suppliers in system integration as per the engagement evaluation process, ensuring they can meet the necessary requirements and feature specifications. ? Successful management and fulfillment of product and system requirements, ensuring that features are delivered as specified and meet GN’s expectations. ? Ensure that system integration solutions align with expected system quality, performance standards, and cost targets. ? Demonstrated system level technical knowledge in overall product development, including audio/video, hardware, software/firmware, mechanical, and UX/UI, among others. ? Effective cooperation with GN engineering disciplines to drive in-depth technical solutions assessment. ? Ability to articulate and correlate associated risks with technical solutions and develop comprehensive mitigation plans. ? Strong and effective collaboration in driving system integration solutions with project and core engineering teams, as well as with internal and external stakeholders. You have a strong determination and drive, even when things are challenging. Primary External Relations: ? Engage with partners for technical engagement, capability evaluation, and integration implementation. ? Manage and prioritize product and system requirements, translating them into actionable items for suppliers. ? Collaborate with partners for chipset and key components selection and specification alignment. ? Assess, evaluate, and validate system integration and stability. Primary Internal Relations: ? Work with Project Managers on program scoping, execution, risk management, and integration timelines and budgets ensuring system development meets GN’s requirements. ? Align with GN engineering disciplines and product management to ensure system specifications meet market needs. ? Drive in-depth technical assessment with respective engineering disciplines, with a focus on system integration and stability. Professional Skills: ? Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, or related fields. ? At least 5 years of solid experience in system level product development. ? Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. ? Great spoken and written English.
